Chick-fil-A Spends $100k on .Restaurant Domain Names

It was reported this week that Chick-fil-A, the American fast food restaurant chain, bought 8 new .restaurant domain names

Chick-fil-A spent more than $12,500 each to register:

Chick-fil-A, Inc. also registered the domain name on 11/6/14 that cost about $3,200.

I personally am not a fan, nor a believer, of the new gTLDs but like anything else, time will certainly tell what their true vales are!

Do you think this was a wise decision and/or could the $100k been spent better??
